Buying credits

Add credit

1. Open Credits from the account menu and scroll to Buy credits.

   

   

2. Choose one of the listed amounts, or select Custom and type your own. Each amount shows roughly how many images or videos it buys, so you can size it to your work.

3. Click Pay … now — the button always states the exact amount you chose. A secure card window opens over the page. Your card provider may add a small processing fee there; the window shows it before you confirm.

4. When the payment goes through, the page says so and your balance updates within a few seconds. If it takes longer, reload the page in a moment — a payment that went through is never lost.

Payments are taken by card, in US dollars. As the panel says, the largest pack also includes a live 30-minute training session.

Payments and receipts

Every payment you start appears under Payments, with its date, total and status: Pending, Paid, Failed, Refunded, Cancelled — or, rarely, Disputed or Charged back.

• Click View on a row to see its receipt: reference, date, card, and amount paid.
• Use Download PDF or Open in a new tab to keep a copy.
• A Pending payment can be finished with Resume payment, or dropped with Cancel payment.

Credit activity

Credit activity lists everything that changed your balance — purchases, generations, refunds, promotional credit and its expiry — with the balance after each one. Generation costs keep their exact amount there, even when it is a fraction of a cent.
